What kinda hp are you seeing out of carbed 5.3's? What yrs have the best heads? I'm talking stk bottom end and a decent cam, springs etc. The 5.3 is pretty plentiful, where the 6.0 is bringing big bucks around here.

The older 99-06 will make 420ish flywheel HP with a cam, headers and carb. The newer 07-now have better heads and will being another 20-30 HP. This is with medium sized cams and Vic jr intake. They can make more if you up compression and all the other normal tricks.
