im building a stock bottom 4.8 with 4l80e im thinking im gonna use a jakes box to for the trans I still have to buy hp tuners theres 650 and the lingenfelter 58x to 24x box for 210

my question is for the money would it just be better to go ms1 and 6010 setup and use what wires I need from my factory harness which would cost me right around 600 total plus I kind of like the map setup on the ms1 plus can sell my stock computer for whatever I can get

is it worth the extra money to go with my stock ecu and just buy hp tuners and the lingenfelter box

keep in mind im trying to go budget friendly as possible but if theres some advantage tuning wise ill go with hp

I would run the factory computer with the lingenfelter box. the drive ability will be much better with the factory ecm in control of the timing and fuel.
