I am at the juncture of trying to choose a turbo for my 408 build. Its a 93 pump gas car with meth, driven on the street mostly. Looking for 1000 whp and a good compromise between quicker spooling and top end power. This is a fully forged 408 with ported 317 heads.

Turbo - CRT BorgWarner HP88 with billet wheel, 96mm Turbine, 1.32 A/R
Cam - 232/238 .595/.605 115 (from my D1SC setup)

All suggestions are welcomed

Im not familiar with that turbo but a billet 88 is going to likely have a lot of back psi a 96mm turbine. If it were me I would go something 230 or less at .050, and single pattern with 114 lsa.
