Cammed t/a vs 03 cobra, and c63 amg
Went cruising down to the Sunday morning meet up spot early this morning. On my way guy in a cobra lines up. So I figured why not. 20ish roll, even launch we both spun a bit. I pulled out about a car until 120ish. I was suprised. Talked to the guy for a bit. He claimed 444rwhp, and says he barely spun, and didn't believe me when I said I had roughly 400. But he was a cool guy. Im gunna assume I beat the driver on that one.
Next race was the amg. Saw a bunch of gtrs and lambos and vettes and other high end quick cars leaving. They always go race so I went to go check it out. I was following when the guy in the amg pulls next to me. He won't beep or anything but just keeps pointing forward. So I wait, he goes, I give chase. Like a 65 roll. He steadily pulled on me, like 2 cars until 125. So he slows down, and I motion for him to go slower. Around 30, beep it off, and my traction control kicks in a bit, we took it up to 110-120. He was a nose ahead, but he would have started pulling more. That car was fast. A guy said it was an amg c63, with a performance package and some
Aftermarket work. I have no idea what any of that means, but it was a cool car.
After that I went home. Lol. Anyone know anything about those Mercedes? And I think I need gears. Lol

Those 6.2L AMGs have a genuinely good torque curve compared to identical German engines, as the displacement is bigger than, say, a 4.2L Audi V8 or the 4.0L BMW S65, and maximum power is achieved at lower RPMs. They also put out considerable chunks of torque more than the aformentioned engines.
Also, nice Cobra kill.

Those c63's are quick, there was a pack of them in the tri-state area that were all MHP modded. Theres one out by you with a cf hood and trunk that dipped into the 10's, also one out here that went low 11's that were always looking to race. Want me to come out there and exact revenge for ya lol.
