Default Does anyone know what a Lakewood bellhousing weighs?

I'm looking to mate a 4-speed to my LS, but it's a circuit racing car and I'd prefer not to fit a block of lead. From searching it looks like steel bellhousing options are QuickTime, which is too expensive, and Lakewood, which I'm considering heavily. Looks like it's made from 1/4" steel, though, so is it ridiculously heavy compared to a Pace/Keisler aluminum unit?

My "old school" 70's Lakewood BBC shield weighs 31# without the block plate. Only you can decide whether the extra weight is worth possibly losing your feet/legs...
