Need some ideas for a set of heads
Im trying to figure out a set of heads to use on my 408 stroker build. Trying to make the most HP on 93 pump gas. So far this is my engine build.
6.0 Iron Block 4.030"
Lunati Rods 4.125"
Lunati Crank 4.00"
JE Dish Pistons -28cc
Total Seal File Fit Rings
Clevite Tri Armoured Bearings
LSXR 102mm Intake
LSXR 102mm Throttle Body
LSX Billet Fuel Rails
I've heard to use Trickflow heads on a boosted engine, because they have a thicker deck. Figured I get some opinions. Engine is going in a 6 speed WS6 Trans Am. I plan on putting a F1A or F1X Procharger.

Depends on your budget. The new GenX Trickflows are nice pieces but arent exactly cheap. If you are on a budget get some LSA's and have them ported. I dont have very much into my ported LSA setup money wise. Also a word of advice, ditch the FAST 102 setup. No bueno with boost...

Money isnt an issue on the build Id rather go with real good stuff rather than short cutting it. What intake can I use other than that to squeeze under a ram air hood? Im guessing Ill be around 18psi not a ton of boost or anything.
