Default Bigger injectors or no?

I done a cam swap on my 00" silverado 5.3.
The cam is a comp cam 222/224 also added beehive valve springs, chromoly push rods, and new lifters and cam bearings and double roller timing chain. Also upgraded to electric fan, And CAI. The heads are still stock and the intake is still stock. My question is do I need bigger injectors? Or will the stock ones be okay?

with about the same set up as you i had to go to bigger injectors. This was on a 6.0 but you may need them as well.
