Need a torque spec

Need the spec for the output shaft nut of the transmission. Had to change the seal just need to know what to torque it to. Also loctite or no loctite. I was going to use some green loctite on it.

The manual show 42 ft lbs with a new flange nut. I would use red loctite if reusing the old nut.
