Hey guys first my plan is to build a fast mid 90's Chevy truck probably ext cab short box keep it 4x4 as I live in the north. I want it fast on the street and power for mud and snow.

I'm planning on seeing how long a nv4500 manual will hold up but hope to be in the neighborhood of 500hp to the wheels. I have no intentions of drag racing or making it faster than 550 to the wheels. I want something that spools decent (around 1500-2000rpm) so I was thinglking small twins or a decent single. I would like this daily drivable and reliable. Am I asking to much?

What size and brand turbos can I find to support this?

I have a 5.3 from a 03 tahoe that runs but I plan to upgrade bearings and maybe something different for pistons and rods or at least piston rings. Also what might be a decent cam? Do you guys use just any 5.3 mls head gaskets for a 5.3 or specific ls9? Also probably ARP head bolts of studs? Rod bolts?
