Default Selecting the "right" injector

To the tuners and builders, yes I've done my research and check out the inject. calculator. But still don't seem to understand it, So my question is which injectors do you recommend for my build. I've had guys tell me different setups from 32# up to 42# injectors. I have the following setup in my Chevelle swap.

5.7 Ls1
Cam comp xer281hr-12
Intake 232/.595
Ex 234/ .598
112 LSA
Springs and titanium retainers to match
241 heads light port and polish job
Light milling of heads. I think .07 or .007? One of the two.
LS1 intake
GTO Ls1 cable TB (plan on porting)
98 vette MAF (I wanna upgrade if possible)
As of right now I have a 97/98 fuel rail (outlet and inlet on rail) but can get aftermarket if needed.
Also I'm gonna purchase a spectra fuel inj. Oem spec fuel tank from rockauto I hope the fuel pump that comes with it will work for my setup.
Thanks any and all advice welcome

I would go with 42lb ford Svo green top injectors

Will work good and allow room to grow, nitrous for instance? Lol

You can also do 36lb injectors as well

32lb is just a few lbs over stock injectors

Also I would recommend a walbro 255 fuel pump for your setup

I'd go the 42# route. What my tuner told me is always go one bigger than what you need; room to grow and if the tuner is worth a ****, tuning them won't be an issue.

there is really no down side to going up to 60# or higher they still idle good. i think the ls9 stock ones are 63# they are easy to find as well . you wont need to do it again.

If you are sticking Naturally aspirated I would grab some 32# or 36#, certainly no larger unless you plan to do forced induction.

The factory LS1 injectors were 28.8LB/hr @ 58psi (4bar).
If you got say 32# injectors, they would be rated at 43.5psi; and you would be running them at 58psi....so they would actually flow 36.95LB/hr...which is plenty for that engine. I would most certainly not go above 36# @ 43.5psi rated injectors on that engine.
