Default Fox fuel pump question...

I have seen many folks different ideas with what they are running for fuel pumps and cells etc...

I put in a new fuel pump a few years ago but I dont remember if I upgraded to a 190 or a 255. Will a 190 work or will I need more volume?

One of my previous Mustangs ran a 190 I tank and a Vortech T-Rex pusher pump. It made over 420 rwhp on that setup. A 190 will be fine for a stock 4.8 or 5.3.
