Default Trickflow heads port location?

I have LS2 225 TFS heads and a ported FAST 90. While I had the engine out I noticed that the intake and head ports don't quite line up (see pic). Is the port location moved on these heads? I know the valve angle was changed but not sure of port entry. If so is there a manifold that is for these heads? Maybe a Victor Jr? I wouldn't be to worried about it as the engine runs very strong but I have a dual stage plate on the car with intentions of spraying a 300 but Im worried the fuel/N2O charge may pool a bit on this lip cause issues or a part throttle backfire. Thoughts?
