Default Exhaust manifold sectioning and welding
Has anyone had luck using 309L stainless wire for a mig to modify 2010 ls3 manifolds? Can I use the cold method or do I have to heat the manifold?

I hate to cut up a set of these and find out the are not the same carbon content as the old truck manifolds.

I have been wondering the same thing. I may sell me ls3 manifolds and buy some truck manifolds.
