Default too high of a rear gear 4l60e

so im doing a swap in a lexus sc300, the motor is going to be a nitrous 6.0 making close to the 600 rwhp mark transmission will be built, my question is the stock rear gear ratio on the lexus is 4.26 i know super high i think its really going to kill my 1/4 times because im gonna run out of motor. you cant use 4th in a 60e in the quarter or it will fail right? i can get a 4.08 rear gear for fairly cheap will that be significantly better the 3.92 rear is much harder to come by, also what size drag radial do you guys reccomend im not too sure how tall i can go but the wheels are 17's

I'm hitting the traps around 65-6700 rpm's with 4.10s and 27 inch tire on spray if that helps any.

Honestly, I haven't had it on the spray for a timed event because I don't have a cage. When I was racing to the quarter it was an armdrop event untimed. I was around 124 mph but with a stock gauge and lag, you don't really know.
