Default carb stumbling

ok I have a edelbrock 600 cfm on a fresh 4.8 rings, bearings and a new gm hot cam anyways the carb is one year old and in aug last year it started to stumble just after stepping on the pedal it would go great until you got about half inch into the pedal and start stumbling then just feather or push harder it would clear up so I adjusted the accelerator pump and it was gone so now over the winter I rebuild the motor and the stumble is back can not adjust it away so I got a rebuild kit and no difference. no vacuum leak idles great so what do you guys think oh yea new tr55 ngks I checked a few and nice and tan. just frustrated this carb was always perfect also it is not loading up at all help thanks

If you just swapped in a bigger cam then some tuning is to be expected.

Don't suppose you have a wideband to tune with?

Also, a rebuild is probably needed. Ever seen the inside of a carb with today's junk fuel after sitting a few times? Develops gunk everywhere.
