Default Help with microsquirt

I just recently hooked up my microsquirt pnp... Using the tune from denmah, it's missing all over the place, new plugs, wires and coils ... Now if I unplug one complete bank of coils it still runs the same.. Did I miss somthing when installing the microsquirt? Help please

check to see if # 4 and #7 are weak spark if they are you need to have a 3.24 resistor upgrade in your microsquirt box. it fixed mine.
