Can a stock 4l80e hold up to..
A 2jz making 600foot lbs of tq in a 240 chassis and spinning to 7500rpms? Unlike the GM v8's, peak tq isnt made until over 5k. if that makes a difference. I figure if they are rated at 440 foot lbs in a truck, then what I am asking shoudnt be too much f a stretch.

For a little while....
It will kill the direct clutches or intermediate sprag first depending on whether it hooks or not, and what condition it's in.
That combo needs a dedicated build and I would consider an aluminum direct drum strongly.

We've learned some interesting lessons with 4L80E's at 9000+ rpm behind 2JZ's and Ford modular motors.
