LS1 Clutch with LS3/T56 Swap
I am working on a LS3/T56 swap and I have a quick question about the clutch setup. I was going to go with the LS7 setup but I think I will go with a different clutch setup now.
My questions is will an LS1 style clutch work with the LS3 / T56 setup? I have the LS1 pilot bearing and slave already.
Thanks in advance

I am not sure what flywheel you are planning to use but it is worth noting that an LS1 type clutch will need to be used with the proper flywheel. The stock LS3 flywheel has a recess that requires the use of an OE/or similar SAC-type plate. You can utilize our SC57S or SC57A flywheel and one of the SC66 clutch kits, as a complete conversion package, if you like. Let me know if you have questions and I will be happy to assist you. Thanks!!
