Default Trap Door Panel

Does anyone make an aftermarket trap door panel made for a 1998 camaro? I just got my Racetronix pump in an im fixing to do the mod and just wanted to know if there was an aftermarket panel that fits in the factory stamped channels on either side of where the trap door would be cut. I can probably go to a junk yard and cut a piece out of a camaro but I don't have a sawzall to do it really. Just was look on the internet but no luck. Thanks in advance.

this is what i came up with, just cut where the pump was on my 98, and then cut some sheet metal out to fit it, and then took some hinges and slide lock deals and i think it works really well.

That application looks like it would work great. I will be replacing the carpet back and I really wouldn't want to see the bolts pushing up the carpet.

I used the piece I cut out with 4 metal tabs attached to it. Then I screwed it down and put RTV around it. After it dried and I needed to open it, I cut the RTV carefully down the middle of the bead. It acts like a resealable rubber seal now. I can get in and out of the tank in 15 minutes now.
