Default yank 4000 with 323 question

i have a 4l60 with a yank 4000 with my factory 323's sometimes when it shifts to drive or OD it will slip other times it will grab perfectly at low rpm? and its always fine under wide open throttle? i only have 160 mile son the car since i got it tuned and some people are saying if i put a 373 it would fix this? and i have a tranny cooler and a fresh transmission

what he said ^ especially if its untuned with a big convertor , at a minimum it needs the trans files updated for the convertor in the PWM section (pulse width modulation)

its been dyno tuned last month it pulls fine under wot and somethie just regular driving I don't get it
