Goodyear used to make them for the FSAE cars. It's really just a novelty. It really doesn't improve performance any.

Maybe I'm a retard but I don't see the point of running a tire that has positive camber to negate your negative camber

I think what they are looking for was a tire that kind of "countered" the acts of tire deflection from lateral force. So when the tire rolled over during cornering, instead of rolling over onto the sidewall, it would instead roll over onto more contact area, or the flat spot of the tire.

It's a neat idea, but not really necessary. It's a little pricey option to not really gain any lateral grip. If you are really trying to avoid tire deflection, just run thinner sidewalls.
