Default To re-ring or not, that, is the 100k question

OK, I know with most of these jy builds alot don't even touch the rings and fewer open the top gaps (maybe I just answered my own question). What am I loosing, power wise, using 100+k rings from a good running jy engine vs doing a quickie hone and fresh rings? Or gaining,hows blow by with 100k engines and boost?

100k rings on a good condition engine should be well sealed surely ?
