Hey guys have a good friend who just picked up a 2000 Vette six speed, 56,000mi, when he used his wipers today they worked just fine stop to stop on delay, low, high but when he shuts them off they hit the left stop return right and stop half way down and will not return to the bottom. Any help or reason this is happing, and how to fix... Thanks
