Why does the nitrous jetting change so much from 150->175hp? It moves in clean .005 increments for each 25rwhp until 150.. Then it requires .011 for 25hp.


Why does a NX plate have a lower nitrous jetting to yield the same rwhp?


For example:

NO 200 rwhp 78/44
NX 200 rwhp 73/39


NO 225 rwhp 82/46
NX 250 rwhp 82/42


Is the nitrous outlet plate not as efficient, therefore wasting nitrous to yield the same HP as a NX plate? (The fuel jetting are irrelevant, as those are tuned to specific needs) An 82 jet should flow around 258 rwhp based on all of the formulas. Anyone have ideas?

All of those charts are just a suggestion. They all get you in the ballpark of the hp rating. If you know how to tune using the jets you aren't going to go by the chart anyways.
