Anyone know how to do red/clear taillights? Does anyone know how to remove the amber portion of the taillight on a 93-02 Camaro? I saw someone who had done this a few months back but have been unable to find it since. Any help appreciated.

i belive the pic you saw is a photoshop. there is some guy on ebay that takes old ta tail lights and makes clear ones out of them. i wonder if we can use that same meathod for ours?

Thanks for the info. guys, I actually do think the pic I saw was done in photoshop. I had a friend who attempted to do it to his maxima, and wound up cracking the clear and amber when he tried to remove it, and I would like to avoid doing any damage maybe if I can find a set cheap I'll try it.

maybe you saw the silver camaro owned by "Whistler"?
he painted his taillights all red
anyone can do that by buying Testors "candy apple red transparent" paint
btw, no you cant take apart Camaro taillamps like the TA's
the outside is molded that color
