Default Stock Radiator Custom Fan ?

I have an older Hi-Flo Turbo kit. Turbo is mounted where battery goes.

Stock radiator stood up, has a custom made.shroud around a 16" Spal puller. Cant find any part numbers or anything on it 10 straight blades. Spal currently sells a 16" puller rated to 2000cfm very similar to it but nothing more.

My question is, is 2000cfm enough for a single puller? Car is a street car and often daily driven. Been in 100* weather and LA Traffic and temp didn't budge before. I've seen a few guys running Flex-A-Lite 2500cfm fans. Should i buy the flex and modify my shroud?

2000 cfm should be plenty and is what is probably what is currently on there.
