Will I need the o2 sensor wiring extenders?? 01 camaro Ss
I keep getting mixed info

You can do 1 of 3 things. Get extensions to reach, repin the old rear o2 sensors in the pcm to the front ones and just switch the plugs or you can get new sensors made for the rear of a c5 vette which have longer leads on them. My advice is that if yours are the originals or even just old to get the vette ones as lt's will kill old o2's very quickly

we actually spliced our own wires to extend them and it worked no problem! Dont believe the nay sayers it can be done. GOing a month with no codes or mpg problems
