Which Magnaflow cats for custom Y Pipe for LS3 in 2001 Fbody? I'm finally going to have a local shop custom make me a good y pipe. I just picked up a 3" in to 4" out FM merge.
What model of Magnaflow cats flow the best and tuck up well? Just need to pass a visual inspection and reduce the exhaust smell some. What are you guys using?
The way may car sits now with a crappy old style y pipe and my small lid, I'm making 475 RWHP out of my built LS3 that's in my 2001 Camaro SS M6.
Once I get my new y pipe made and install my FTP 104 lid, I should hit 500+ RWHP. I am pulling 91-92 KPA at WOT.

Are people not using these cats anymore?
I'm going to order them this week and after doing some research, I found 2 from Magnaflow. The 59929 and the 59959. The info out there is kinda vague, seems the only real difference is the length.
