What is the biggest cam I should go with on my stall

What is the biggest cam I should go with on my stall I have a 2800-3000 stall 2.5 STR. Right now I have the F4 226/114. After reading about soem of these bigger cams, I am woandering if I should go bigger, or am I already big enough for what little stall I have?
