Default What size of injectors.

I am building boosted junkyard 5.3 lm7 . Can I run 15-20 lbs of boost safely with e85? Using head studs and ls9 gaskets. I really need to know what size of injectors? What kind of power will I be looking at with this much boost? Also will be using tick performance state 1 v2 blower camshaft.

e85 requires ~30% more than gasoline. going to guess 80# to put you in a safe range

I think your IDC will be pretty high with 80# @15-20psi of boost. I'd shoot more for 120# injectors. You'll be around 750hp, give or take 50hp with that boost level on a 5.3 depending on your FI setup.

Id suggest just going right to 120#s

you could possibly get it done on 80#s with a really high base pressure but then you need a heck of a pump setup to keep up at higher pressures
