Default 07 Blazer SS Posi Rear???

Hey everyone, I found a guy who is parting out an 07 Trailblazer SS that has a posi rear. Anyone know anything about these units. AND, most imortantly is this something that I can put under a 1966 chevelle that will eventually have a 6.0 or 6.2 LS motor with a 6L80 or 4L70/80 Trans? I understand that there will be quite a bit of mods to the mounts prob. If not, what would be my best route for a solid rear that will handle 500+?
Thanks, Eric

I know this is a ridiculous notion, but the 66 Chevelle is a 6 banger and I plan on putting a 6.0L or 6.2L in it. I found a guy parting out a 07 TBSS and wondered if this was a feasible idea. I did some research on them, and they have good brakes and it seems like a decent rear end. Also, I know that they are 6-lug pattern, so where would be the best place to get axles for doing a conversion?
