Drivers door will not lock/no horn

Drivers door will not lock/no horn We have a strange problem on our 99 SS.
First the drivers door will unlock with the remote and door switch, but lock with neither. It is not clicking/sliding/or trying to move at all. The passenger side works well.
Also the horn does not work when you try to beep it, but it works when you set the alarm. We have found no bad fuses. It has the factory anti-theft.

Hey you might need a new door lock actuator for the drivers door. You should try pulling the door panel and checking to see that the actuator has voltage at it when you hit the lock button. If there is voltage than you need an actuator. If there isn't voltage then you probably have a bad relay set up. As for the horn problem it might be in the contact behind the steering wheel cover, not sure tho. Hope this helps.
