Default Does the Traction/ABS sensors affect Cruise Control?

I installed a 9" in my car, but the axles did not have the gears on them for the traction control and abs sensors.... I have the sensors plugged in but they obviously aren't getting a signal.

I'm wondering if this affects cruise control? Is the sensors for the rear wheels somehow used in the cruise control system? It has been a long time, and I don't remember if cruise worked before the rear axle swap.....

I'd assume cruise control uses the VSS from the transmission, but am wondering with the brake and traction control systems in alarm if the cruise will not work also?

Nobody knows? Im going to install different cruise module and pray this fixes it. If not im not sure what to do next.

More i think about it i dont believe the axle senors would affect cruise as those arent hooked to pcm like the vss. And when building a harness this winter vss is all that was needed for cruise setup.

Cruise should run off VSS, abs and TCS should be completely separate systems.
