LONG time lurker, new official member
Been using this forum since 2008 or so and finally decided to join.
In the next few years I will be planning and building my 87 Volvo 240DL to have a very simple setup - 4.8/5.3, S475, TH400 with an 8.8" out back, running pump gas and meth. Going to have big trans cooler to keep it cool on the highway during long trips. My "end" goal is to drive up to 2hrs to a track run a deep 10 and drive home, reliably.
Here are a few pics of the car as it sits right now. I am curently stationed in England and will be bringing this back to the US with me when I move back. The interior is in amazing shape and the body is also fairly nice. Has a little rust out back but its managable and I can get repair panels as needed. Suspension is on mildy cut coils all around, Bilstein HD shocks all around, 28mm V8 swap sway bar up front.
Enough talk... photos.
