Default squeal noise

I get a squealing noise coming from my clutch/throw out bearing/pilot bearing when the engine is up to temp. Tried replacing the hydraulic throw out bearing but still have squeal. Need ideas what to replace or fix?

Are you sure it's the pilot/throw out bearings and not the actual clutch disc facing material making this noise??

I had a Cartek clutch a while back which ALWAYS make a squawking sound when first engaged cold, due to it race-like friction material facing.

Its a Ram clutch that I got with the donor car. I am not sure its not from the clutch. There is not any noise until it gets up engine temp up to 200 degrees. It is very inconsistent as well. Sometimes the squeal stops when I push in the clutch pedal. I thought about warming the engine up with it sitting on the lift and slightly loosening the trans case to bellhousing bolts with a jack under it just to see if the noise goes away.
