Been browsing the internet for information on turbo's and wiring and this site always pops up with info. Figured I would join to see what it's all about. I will be installing a 4.8 engine from a 00 silverado donor into my 1950 Chevy coupe. Thinking of going with twin turbo's for the wow factor and also because I would like to mostly drive the car as much as possible when it is done and figuring that twins would give me the most seat of the pants feel for the street. Let the research begin.

Thanks Scott

Welcome! I'm also new to this forum and also from MA. If you plan on doing a forced induction build I recommend you going with a 5.3 JMO. Here check this article out. It's a good read. Good luck and post pics, I would love to see this thing!

In that article it ended up being a 4.8 not a 5.3. Plus I picked up the whole truck for only 200. Will post some pics when I get closer to engine install.
