Selling an 08 4.8 longblock that I no longer need this engine is boost ready and runs great has a tu1 cam and brian tooley dual spring kit installed that I purchased new and probably have about 100 miles on them now just put the engine in to cruise around to a few car shows this summer while gathering parts for my new combo. Im unsure of the mileage on this engine but it looks very clean under the valve covers the engine is dirty on the outside pretty common unless you degrease and respray it. This 4.8 is 58x crank has the factory 799 heads which are like 243's I believe also since its 05+ has the better factory rods. Engine does not include flywheel intake or coils and accessories. The oil pan I tapped for my turbo drain I currently have a plug in it. I think the price is very fair considering the cam and springs alone are almost 600 new and these newer 4.8's range from 700-900 in my area at least from what I see. I will not split up the cam and springs. Im pretty sure the engine has an ls2 front read style cover although I think I used a regular 3 bolt cam gear not a 1x gear engine had a single bolt cam factory. I ran it with microsquirt so I didnt need a cam sensor. I did take a short video of the engine running. The engine is pickup only I will not ship it 1100 obo
