Default Car Cranks, Won't Start, No Spark. What to check next?

Looking for a little help here.

Car will crank, but won't start. Not sure where to go next. I've been following the guide linked below, but the link to Ignition Relay Diagnosis is 404'd and I can't find any other references to that Troubleshooting tree.

http://www.hotrodlane.cc/New%20LS%20...0Not%20Run.htm

Things I've checked per the above guide.

Step 2: No DTCs after letting it crank for 15 seconds.
Step 3: Fuel is enabled per EFILive
Step 4: RPMs show ~150 while cranking in EFILive
Step 5: INJR1, INJR2, ENG CTRL, ENG SEN, and A/C CRUISE fuses do not have power on either side.

Step 5 links to the Ignition Relay diagnosis, which I can't find anywhere else.

Other steps taken/notes:

Ignition Relay replaced in the fuse box under the hood.
Fuel pressure is good.
Confirmed no spark by grounding spark plug.
No Injector pulse - tested with noid light.
Security light goes off after key is in ignition and turned on 4-5 seconds.
Re-seated PCM harnesses.
EFILive shows readings for Injector Duty Cycle, Spark, and Commanded A/F ratio.

At a loss for where to go next. Any ideas?

Changed the crankshaft position sensor today and no change. Also noticed a ticking coming from IAC motor with the key turned on. It goes away if I unplug the sensor.

Also pulled the IGN relay and am getting power to the bottom left (if looking from front of car to back) but none of the others. Does the relay have to get signals from multiple legs of the relay to operate?

Still the same issue. Haven't had any additional progress since replacing the ignition relay and the crankshaft sensor.

Had same issue. Although my problem ended up being a bad column lock. Used hp tuners to turn column lock feature off and car fired up instantly. Hope this helps some.

Did you swapped the motor, do you have a different motor in the car? sure sounds like ECM crank sensor not picking up signal, when this happens ECM will not trigger spark or fire injectors as it is at a lost as to where every thing is sensor wise.

Possible have a different reluctor wheel in there.
