Default how much HP before stock lines are restrictive?

How much HP can you make before you need to replace your stock hard fuel lines to the tank? At what point are they a restriction? I have an upgraded intank pump and injectors and rails. This would be on pump gas.

I have looked into this plenty and basically stock lines will support a big number BUT going to a step up bigger feed and return will make everything work that much more efficiently and keep the fuel pump a little less strained.
