Default Power steering issues

So, a few months ago, I replaced the pump, rack and lines on my 99 z28 and it worked perfectly

well a few days ago, the pump started to whine real bad when I first started it up, and the fluid was foamy and aerated. So after 2 hours of bleeding and several overflows, same problem.

I don't know if it's a bad pump(reman), or air is getting into the system from the o ring between the pump and reservoir(maybe due to the new cold weather) because I do have a small leak somewhere around there

Anybody have any advice?

also it does not have a PS cooler

I never do reman P/S pumps. They are unreliable like the one you have. Time to a new one.

If your o ring was bad, the whole tank would leak out.
