The turbo is an older Precision when they still used Garrett housings. It is a 70mm compressor, ported compressor housing, and divided turbonetics exhaust housing. It comes with a few different springs to change PSI. It probably should be gone through (slight bit of shaft play and possibly seals, but still worked flawlessly and builds up to 26psi on the previous owner's combo).
As for power, I was told it trapped 122mph on 18psi in a 4k lb car. This was through a stock converter leaving on zero boost which translates to 650-700whp on a little 4.8L. Vortec engine.
