Paint cure smell ?

Default Paint cure smell ?

The converter is in and I get a smell like when paint is being heated.Is this from the converters paint curing?
Oh by the way great converter SSF 3500.

my midwest smelled like pancake/waffle syrup when i first got it.
after installation i noticed it made my rear tires smell funny, too.

anyone elses midwest smell like syrup?
my other verters didnt.

I know the converters create alot of heat so Im hoping its just the paint curing.Great converter though.

did anyone else notice a constant smell of burned rubber after installing their converters?????
