Has anyone heard of Performabuilt transmissions? They offer almost too good to be true prices, warranty and options. Wondering what anyone has to say about them

They're a forum sponsor and even sponsor this section. A lot of people have used them so there's plenty of reviews if you search. Idk if they're policy has changed, but I know they sell thier transmissions without a bell or tailhousing which I'm not a fan of personally.

this would make sense as too the low price, i mean, 2050$ for their stage 2 build? that's fantastic

It's in the same price range as other built 4L60e's. Personally, I'd go with FLT or RPM over perfomabuilt. I have an FLT trans and it's been great for how I use it, and it cost less than the performabuilt you're looking at complete with the bell and tailhousing.
