Default Which table to adjust Ltrims?

I am currently running around -8% average in cells 6-14. Which table to adjust Ltrims less rich? And is it a 100+ or 100- multiplier to get a "leaner" condition?
TIA

-8 isnt necesarrily that bad. I wouldnt scale up 108%. id try 104%. you do want to stay somewhat negative on average for WOT FTs of 0
