Will this work?? Im selling my cam, my buddy wants it. will Stock LS6 Springs work with it?

OK, not a big deal for me,but like i said my buddy wants my old cam and save money. But they are new 03 of the heas i just bought, im redoing the heads and i was going to give him the springs.
