Default Proper Valve Spring Break in

I know that springs need to go through heat cycles, where you start the car let it run till normal temp, Let it cool the repeat again.. But my questions is how many times will I need to do this, In order for my springs to broken in properly?

I would say let the car idle to temp at least once before driving the car. Then do a couple of heat cycles under normal driving(under 2500 rpm) and that should be OK I wouldn't get on it really hard until you have about 100mi total on the new springs. I could be way off but thats what I did with mine and turned out great.

I would go through 3 or 4 heat cycles. Just make sure that you allow the springs to completely cool before starting the next cycle.
