Wheels & Tires - ARP Lug Bolt question

I have ProStars and picked up some ARP extended bolts and 1 4pk of open-ended lugnuts for inspection purposes. I didn't want to use all open-end because it looks like ass.

Can I run Weld Closed-end lugnuts with the extended ARP bolts?
