Question Idle problem, H/C Corvettes

I have a problem with my Z06 w/230-234 camshaft, cnc heads, etc. It will not return to idle as long as it sees VSS. As soon as it comes to a complete stop, it goes to base idle, no problem. But as long as it's rolling it wants to idle @ 1800.... Really annoying, whats the cure?

Ls1 edit will take care of the problem. My car is doing the exact thing right now. I talked to a tech and they said the only thing that will cure it is a tune.

Default LS1 edit- change what?

We've got LS1 edit, you've got to have it. The car runs awsome, but the idle thing has to be compensated in the idle and limiters tab.... but what? I'm sure its because of the lower MAP of the larger cam.

I would first check for vacuum leaks. Then look at the IAC table. If it is adjusted too high the idle can hang.Last resort would be to adjust the follower by gear table.Multiply the whole table by 50% and see if that hits the problem area.
