Default First run with ET's and funky trans prob.

The track finally opened after raining out the first 4 weeks

Best run of the night was a 7.87@88.83mph, 1.598 60ft. I spun a foot or 2 off the line but I was VERY pleased with the 60ft. I was doing my burnout in 1st only and not getting a whole lot of smoke and tires @ 20psi.

About 75*, low humidity. Have no idea of the DA.

Next few runs were so-so. I was spinning off the line pretty good and was 60ft'ing in the 1.7's.

First bracket run, 60*, 72% humidity, 30.20 BAR and rising. I dropped the tires to 15psi and got into 2nd gear and did a big smoky burnout. I pull to the line and the computer needs to be rebooted. I tried to go back into the water box but somebody had already pulled in and I just said screw it. I sat at the line for a good 2 mins and spun like a bitch. .590RT and ran 7.95@90mph on a 7.80 dial. I was so pissed off I could spit nails.

Anyway, to my trans prob. I know my car shifts the 2-3 around 6100rpm(stock prog.) It usually hit the limiter, but tonight it would like bog instead of hitting the limiter and wouldn't shift. It was doing this a good 100ft before the line.

What is the deal with it bogging instead of hitting the limiter?

All things perfect I should've ran maybe a 7.7*@92mph or so if I could've gotten a decent 60ft and shifted into D.

Well, the 1.59 60ft was a fun ride so I can't complain too much I guess.

I can't comment on the transmission shift problem. However, the 60' time was awesome.

Yeah, it was awesome. Just wish I could've repeated it a few times instead of spinning.

I'll probably end up getting an HPP3 and moving my shift points around.

Now that I know I need to get into 2nd on my burnout to get them nice and sticky. 1.58 here I come!!

Wish I could've pulled the wheels. I was a little disappointed.

Did that 60 w/o touching the sway bar too.
