Default my finalized plan for my hybrid

quite a bit of this doesn't have to do with the engine, but I figured I'd put it down as my complete project plans:

Engine:
300CFM heads
Stock spec forged internals
Hooker headers (no exhaust system)
Custom cam kit (cam, rockers, rods, etc.) from Comp cams
PCM programmed at local LS1 specialist
38.8lbs fuel injectors
Engine tuned out of vehicle by professional Dyno shop

Drive train A
Transmission from late model 911 turbo porche mated to fiero transaxles

Drive train B
T56
transaxle/differential from donor 2000 TA with rear axles cut to the width of hybrid vehicle's rear-end

Frame Candidates:
86 Fiero GT (currently possesed, but missing LOTS of essential parts)
CRX
RX7
944 Porsche
T-bucket hot-rod kit (friend of family willing to sell for cheap)
Custom Rollbar for whatever the final frame will be.

Stereo:
2 Stryke 12" AV12mkII subs
4 Inifinity kappa perfect component
US acoustics 4x95w amp
JBL 1x1200w amp
Custom built MP3 server
Sony FX-CD7700 head unit
2x 1.5 farad capacitors
custom fiberglass rear deck

Suspension:
Stock shocks/springs (will change depending on traction issues)
255/50/16 rear drag slicks
Stock front tires (might go with "bicycle" wheels later)

that's all I have planned for the vehicle, with a optimistic time frame for the engine to be assembled and dyno tuned late summer 2005 and the car to be completely finished (except for paint and misc visual stuff) by mid summer 2006. I probably won't settle on a frame until the engine is completed, but I am keeping my eyes open constantly for lightweight, 2 door cars.

as a side note, the stereo system is currently in my ranger truck (built it myself ), and I got the drag slicks for free, brand new

and no, this is NOT a daily driver, just something for weekend cruising/rice eating, and for going stoopid fast at the track

LS1 RX7s are badass! The 3rd gens are some of the best looking cars on the road IMO. They hook like crazy too, even w/ LS1 power. That's what I'd go for if I were you.
